Better Photos offers one-to-one personal tuition in digital photography skills for beginners and intermediate photographers.
Book us to provide you with hands-on personal coaching. Choose between half day or full day sessions. Tuition is based outdoors and on location in the Lake District, Cumbria.
Personal tuition gives you the time and opportunity to really get to grips with digital photography and/or Photoshop.
Digital SLR Settings
A typical session will include mastering your digital SLR camera settings and getting you to shoot in aperture priority and shutter priority modes, rather that auto.You’ll learn how to uses all the important settings on your digital SLR camera.
General Digital Photography Skills
Our one-to-one photography sessions are based on location in the beautiful Lake District, so our sessions focus (literally) on landscape photography. However, the fundamental skills and techniques you learn on our personal photography sessions are equally applicable to other types of photography, such as portraiture, travel or wildlife photography.
Photoshop Personal Tuition
You can choose personal tuition to get started in Photoshop photo editing. We’ll help you understand the principals of using Photoshop to edit your digital photos and give you tips to create better images. We’d recommend that you can choose a half day Photoshop session, either as a stand alone training session, or together with a half day digital photography session. You’ll need to bring a laptop with Photoshop loaded onto it.
