Night and Low Light Street Photography Workshop
Location: Cockermouth, Cumbria
Date: Sunday, 11th December, 2011
Time: 5.30pm – 8.30pm
This is a special course where you can learn about taking photographs in low light conditions and at night. The Cockermouth Christmas lights will provide an interesting backdrop for some of the photos. We’ll explore light and shadows, silhouettes, motion blur, shutter speed effects, ISO settings, simple on-camera flash techniques and using a tripod.
You will need: A Digital SLR camera or compact camera (which will allow you to change shutter speeds). Tripod is essential.
We’ll be based outdoors throughout the workshop. Wear plenty of layers, to keep warm, and in case of rain, bring a brolly.
After the workshop I’ll buy you a pint or a glass of wine in a local pub or bar.(Over 18s only.)
Maximum group size: 6
Level: Absolute beginners and new photographers.
Price: £35.00
