FREE Photo Walk – Buttermere, Lake District, Cumbria
Saturday, 28th April, 2012 - Meet at 9.30am
This is the first of the Better Photos Tribe meet ups. It’s a chance to meet other photography enthusiasts socially; it’s an excuse to get into the countryside with like-minded people and take lots of photos.
- Meet up
- Easy walk
- Take lots of photos
- Make friends
- Chill out over after-walk drinks
Please Note: The Photo Walk will not go ahead if it is raining heavily (To prevent cameras getting wet) Fingers crossed for a good day!
Cost: Free (Drinks aren’t included).
Who can come along?: Anyone (The walk is suitable for well behaved dogs).
Is tuition included?: It’s a social event but I’ll be happy to give photography advice and tips as we walk.
How far will we be walking? Approximately 4.5 miles along mainly level footpaths around Buttermere Lake in the Lake District.
What should you bring? Travel light. I’ll be just bringing my camera.
Meeting Time: 9.30am outside the front of the Fish Inn in Buttermere Village, Cumbria.
Total Duration: Around 2 to 3 hours.
Parking: There is a pay and display car park down the lane from the Fish Hotel (Limited spaces).
Interested? Email me if you’d like to come along.
